Just keep returning to this same 'thread' and make a new post here, on this one, to add new information/ask more questions about the same thing.
Having different threads open, causing readers to jump between them to read it all, makes it difficult for others to gather all the information and suggest answers.

Not to mention that in the post just above yours, the OP says no demurrer was ever filed, but in post #8, they say a demurrer was filed.

OP needs to be talking to their attorney because they aren't making any sense here.
