Ex has not served me FL 150 and our court date is coming up

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I filed for child support in May. I had my ex served FL 150 (Income and Expense Declaration) in May also. He hasn't served me FL 150. Our court date for child support is a week from tomorrow. Can someone please let me know how this impacts the hearing either if he doesn't file, or files late.
