My ex-spouse listed false information on her income and expense declaration which had a direct impact on establishing support. i understand that prosecuting for perjury is non-existent. does that
constitute contempt of some sort? should i add it to the osc i am planning on filing? located in california

Hi!

This is an old post but I was just wondering what you found out on perjury? I asked a question on it awhile back-no response. So, you can't procecute? Why? The MB clearly committed perjury on her affidavit and counterclaim causing the father to lose temp custody. Can this not be used against her?
