I wasn't sure exactly which forum to post this, so sorry if it is out of place.

A family member bought some fast food from wendy's and had a dispute with the workers there, and we found what looks like spit or mucus (snot) in one of the drinks with blood in it. We photographed/videotaped this and gave the sample to another manager at the restaurant and they said they are sending the sample to a lab for analysis and will get back to us. We are also filing a police report and will be complaining to the health department. Is there any case here? The drink was partially consumed before this was found.
