i am working on filing my divorce myself. it is uncontested, no childeren,property,etc....just divorce. my husband is willing to sign papers but he lives several towns way. three questions
1. will we need to file financial statements since no support is needed?
2. should i mail papers via regestered mail?
3. after i recieve the signed papers and file them, how long does he have to sidn the answer and waiver? ive been told he had to sign them within one day after filing, but if i am doing this via mail, thats impossiable!
