What is the name of your state?New Jersey
I got fired from my job. My ex-employers said they are not paying me for my vacation and sick days. Is this legal in my state? :confused:

Yes. No State requires an employer to pay out unused sick days. A number of States require the employer to pay out earned but unused vacation days but NJ is not one of them.
