I received a duii in wasco county the dalles oregon on June 3 2011. I just spoke w/court appointed attorney on July 15 he told me that i would be convicted on 2 duii's one from 1990 is this correct?

Oregon lookback goes back forever, but they will allow the diversion program if the prior is more than 15 years ago.
