Okay ... and your point is ...???

He was a dirty cop. There was poor supervision and a lack of follow-through when these incidents apparently first came to light ... bad on the agency.

Just reminding everyone that we have rights that should be exercised, it's not right if you refuse a traffic search they just arrest you and never suffer the tiniest consequence while you spend thousands defending yourself.
