How would I find Idaho cases myself? I'm not a lawyer or law student but I would assume someway I could find these on my own.

I believe OP would be referring to cases such as what latigo had posted but applicable directly to Idaho instead of North Carolina.

Duh! If you had read the entire thread you would know that I'm talking about cases in Idaho referring to the subject of the thread and as latigo had mentioned.

I'm glad I held out. Allstate came back with a way better offer after I had my discussion with the total loss claim processor. Walking away with exactly what I wanted. Woohoo! Thanks everyone for you help and advice.
