Getting a 2nd loan with capital one

I have a current loan with Cap 1 and have had it open for 2 months. I was wondering if they would give me a second loan for a 2nd car for my girlfriend. I had a past BK in 2005, but have had several car loans since then. I had a 30 day on a credit card since, but my car loans have been on time. My PTI should be good. I make $70k per year and have no other bills. She cant get a loan, and I was going to get a loan for the other car, but just keep it under my name. Besides, then I have control over what happens to the car in the event things go south (but thats a whole other story, lol). I will also have a downpayment available of $4k. My current loan with them is for $37k and the one I'm looking to get is right around $30K

they said that i would have to apply at the dealer. But the reason I asked this is because I wanted peoples opinions before I went to the dealer and embarass myself

Look..go online...apply for the loan...IF/WHEN you are approved, then go to the dealer and purchase the vehicle.

If you are denied the loan...then DON'T GO TO THE DEALER and DON'T PURCHASE A VEHICLE.
