Ah, yes . . . there's nothing like a little insomnia to kickstart your day ! I've been up since 3:00 a.m., PST, and I imagine I'll crash and burn around 9:00 a.m.

What red writing ? "I see nothing !" as Sergeant Shultz was famous for saying. Red writing only means something if you read it. I, for one, don't read anything in red because I'm colored blind - - or, at least Mary must think I am, because I never pay attention to her - - despite the fact that she'd love me to.

Anyway, nice to see you around, mi amigo.

When you post a 'new' question.. there is basically your points in red.. no caps, no idiots, keep it short.. Seems Mary is going out of her way to keep you happy..

Insomnia is great.. you get to spend more time awake while all the stupid people sleep.

Mary doesn't have to do anything special for me to keep me happy. It's just comforting to know she's there. I just enjoy snuggling with her on these Boards, and having the wonderful feelings that I have knowing she's . . . looking over my shoulder ready to pounce, scratch and claw at me.

P.S. And good morning to you too, Mary. Hope you had a nice Valentine's Day. Mrs. Liable and I went out on the town last night . . . dinner, dancing, divorce papers, a tennis bracelet, she emptied my bank accounts, kissing, Maine Lobster dinner, she had her gay lover there, we stared into each other's eyes, with nothing but love and little hearts floating above our heads. It was terrific.

Okay, one more.....

This guy comes home from an exhausting day at work and plops down on the couch in front of the television. "Quick, get me a beer before it starts," he says to his wife. His wife sighs and gets him a beer.

"Quick," he says fifteen minutes later, "get me another beer before it starts." She looks angry, fetches another beer and slams it down next to him.

He finishes that beer. "Hey, get me another beer. It's going to start any minute." She marches out, grabs a beer, and throws it at him.

"Hey, hurry," he says five minutes later. "Get me another beer. It's gonna start now." By this time, his wife is furious.

"Is that all you're going to do tonight?" she yells at him. "Drink beer and sit in front of that TV? You're nothing but a lazy, drunken, fat slob..."

The man sighs. "It's started!".

HomeGuru response: I personally like those red words. I even have a writer on the real estate law board that claims he/she did not see them. Anyway, part of the reason for those instructions in red is so we (especially me) would not get in a tissy fit and so that IAAL can stop posting his redundant messages in all caps.

I think the fact that they are in Red must be the problem. I mean, how many people on the traffic boards see red and ignore it anyway...
