What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

I am in the process of renewing my Green Card after 10 years, so this is my first time.
I filled out the form online and now got stuck in the payment step as it is asking for a $290 processing and $80 biometrics fee.
I am working with a fingerprinting company and have my fingerprints ready to be send to the State's police so they return a confirmed copy to me which I could take to my renewal appointment.
The system does not allow me to only pay the processing fee and it seems to be impossible to get through to a person at the National Customer Service Center. I also cannot locate a number for the local center that I probably will have the appointment at in Chicago.
Has anybody experience with a similrr situation or am I just out of luck and need to redo the biometrics at their $80 charge at the time of renewal appointment?
Many thanks for your advice.
