Hi,
I am on H-1 with Company A from October 2004. I want to switch to Company B. Till now I only have two bi-weekly Pay stubs for the month of October. Are these last months pay stubs are enough for Company B to file my H-1, or I need to provide MOST recent i.e (November) Paystub also.

Thanks in advance

The more recent paystubs you have the better, but as long as they are within a month of the filing date, it should be fine.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.
