The DA in my case is recommending a Halfway House sentence instead of jail time. I've been given a little information on the halfway house but was wondering if anyone has answers to these questions:
Any idea on how much it costs to live in a halfway house?
Am I allowed to visit my family in our house after work?
Am I allowed out of the house on the weekends?
Any other basic info on how a halfway house would be appreciated. This is not on a drug or alcohol charge either so I'm not sure if I have to do all the classes that alot of people get with this sentence.
