My response:
Make a claim with the Fair Employment and Housing Administration. An action for harassment in the workplace under the Fair Employment and Housing Act is an action for "personal injury" within the meaning of Ca Civil § 3291. [Bihun v. A T & T Information Systems, Inc. (1993) 13 Cal.App.4th 976, 1005, 16 Cal.Rptr.2d 787, 803]
