What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon
I am retired AF seeking to upgrade my medical retirement to 100% citing both additional disabilities and unemployability. Also seek to check block for "Instrumentality of War" (aircrew) and to backdate correction to retirement date.
The Advisory Opinion was written by a gentleman whom I happen to have specifically criticized in my appeal because of an earlier briefing he gave the Presidential Disability Commission which was in error, exactly the issue he has recommended against in his Opinion regarding me.
My due date for response to the Advisory Opinion is due Nov 4. Help, please. Not my career field!!!
