What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? INDIANA
My husband and his two sisters are trying to remove their one sister from being executor because she hasn't been doing what she was supposed to be doing. At first it was unsupervised but because of her misuse of her position, they were able to get it court supervised. How long, once it has been proved she is unfit to be in that position, would it take to get her removed? Also, money was given to her 2 days after the real estate auction and that was supposed to have been split among the siblings and that wasn't done. The deposition was done last Thursday and now we are waiting to hear from the judge and his or her decision. Please reply as soon as possible. Plus she was caught in a lie but nothing has been done yet.

As long as the court takes to make its decision.
