What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington How does one go about removing a Bank Levy for Child Support Arrears in Washington? Is there certain forms to fill out? If anyone knows of the state website to visit that would also be very helpful. Thank you for your help.

If the state CSE agency is involved, contact them to see what needs to be done.

Typically, a levy will rermain until the arrears are paid in full, or the NCP makes an agreement with the CSE to pay the remaining arrears.

what is the justification for having it removed? If there is no legal justification, you don't have it removed.

In February you stated that you had no arrearages, which was your justification for claiming the child on your taxes...since your orders said that you had to be current to claim the child.

Now, you have a levy on your bank account? Clearly you DID have arrearages in February. It takes quite a while for the CSE to get to the point of levying bank accounts.
