Hi all, I have healed from two back surgeries over the past three years. I was cleared to return to my old job 15 months ago, but my emplorer said my job wasnt available. I was looking for employment thru the internet job services, monster, hot jobs etc. and came across a listing from my employeer that they are looking to fill my position. Am I able to get my job back?? I really want to go back and I've been cleared by my dr. to do so. Thanks, Mike
