What is the name of your state? Alabama

What is the difference in:

Temporary Partial Disability;
Temporary Total Disability;
Permanent Partial Disability;
Permanent Total Disability

I am having a difficult time determining the differences in these terms. I know it is what determines your rate of pay while you're injured. I looked at numerous links and sites and still do not fully know. Any help is appreciated.
