The original post was not useful to anyone - it was a series of questions posted by someone who did not understand a basic parking sign. All you did was comment on a thread that's been dead almost two and a half years.

The grammar & punctuation of this street sign is (perhaps of necessity) nonstandard...
Grammar? Punctuation? It's not a an essay contest - it's a parking sign. Probably 99% of drivers have no problem understanding this one in particular - it's pretty clear cut.
