What is the name of your state? I live in Penna. NEED HELP!!!!
involved in accident, not insured, being sued for $8,000
for damage to vehicle, don't have amount sought, I'm very low
income, no savings, stocks, etc. no property is owned. How do I
survive this? I'm I judgement proof, or dead in the water!!!!

You never stated how old you are, if you are in college or working for a living.

The mere fact that you don't have money or own anything is irrelevant. The judgement against you is good for 10 years in most states, and renewable for another 10 (check with a local attorney for PE specific statutes)

So, if you ever own anything, make more than the minimum wage or come into some money, wave bye-bye to it.
