For the second time my ex-wife has tried to get my current wife fired by writing letters to the employer. In the letters she states that by association with my she is a risk to the company. She has written letters to the IRS, Janet Reno and the State Attorney's office accusing me of withholding income on tax returns (un-true), lying on a deposition (un-true), being a co-signer on two FHA loans (true) and having 2 homestead exemptions (un-true). I am a government employee in a very sensative job. Is there anything we can do to stop her? Can other parties be liable for assisting my ex-wife in this campaign? We live in Florida.
