What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

Hello everyone!
2 questions,

1. Is it possible to be working on an L-1, and after a few years, if I wanted to pursue by MBA, convert the L-1 to the F-1 inside the country, or would I have tor travel abroad to change my status?

2. Vice versa, If I was doing my MBA on my F-1 and I wanted to change into L-1 (i have satisfied "working for the company on foreign soil, for a year, within the past 3 years" criteria), would it be possible to change inside the country, or would I have to travel, once again, to change my visa status?

Thanks for the help guys, appreciate everything.

1. Yes, it is possible to apply although there is no guarantee it would be granted as a change of status within the US.

2. This is more likely to be approved as a change of status within the US.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or how I can be of further assistance to you in this matter.
