I got one better for you. The Ohio Supreme Court declared the child enticement statute unconstitutional.

It's legal becasue there is no nudity or partial nudity. Women need to start going pantyless for it to be illegal.

I'm all for that.

Actually the decision says even that wouldn't count because they wouldn't be partially nude -- partially nude means for everyone to see it.

After reading that I think that I agree with that decision. They struck it down as overly broad. I would have been guilty of that statute if I had lived in Ohio, because I often pay neighborhood kids to dig flower beds or haul heavy stuff for me.

There wasn't much info in the decision as to what actually occurred, but it appears that the appellant asked a neighborhood child to help him carry boxes into his apartment.

In DC, you don't need a camera. Just look up coming out of the train stations.

That OH enticement thing scared the crap out of me. I am one of those stop and help, pick up hitcher types. A neighbor girl about 12 who's parents I went to school with was walking home in the rain last summer, I didn't think much of it, I stopped and offered her a ride. It is scary to think I could have been arrested for that, yet when her dads motorcycle broke down by my house the year before and I offered to assist it was legal.

The MA case was absolutely the correct decision. The facts did not fit the language of the statute. Now a day later the legislature has passed a bill banning upskirt photos.

That begs the question: If Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan travel to Boston and go commando while in their limo and there's an "oops" moment getting out and paparazzi catch it, is it a crime and against the celebrity or the paparazzi?
