labor law paostings

What is the name of your state?NEW MEXICO
at some resturants where i do repairs at and my mife is a area manger for
they don't have any labor law postings at ALL. these are all so big chain resturants. at these same resturants that are all owned by one person but 3 differant company names. does not pay over time for people who over 40 hours a week but in differant stores same big francissee name. osha and msds postings are not in these stores either.
