Anyway...
I'm almost done with the payment agreement, actually it will be paid off 6 months early!
We signed the Stipulated Agreement, and in it, it says (sorry, don't have paperwork handy for exact verbage) something to the effect that the "plaintiff will file the satsified something or other" with the court.
So, please would someone let me know what we can expect once this is paid off? (I may have the funds to get this paid off within the next 6 weeks)
How does something like this appear on your credit reports once it is paid?
Thanks so much!! In another 6-8 months we will be entirely credit card "debt free" - excpet of course the mortgage.. but our credit scores will suck beans. Oh well.
