I'm from Washington State. I put in my two week notice, but when I got home my boss had left a message that I was no longer needed. Does She have to pay me for those 2-weeks still.

If the company had accepted your two week notice, that may have amounted to a contract, and both you and the company would be bound by it; however, if they merely received your notice and did nothing to agree to it, then they could terminate you at any time. They would then have no obligation to pay you other than for work you already had done.
