we are buying a car from a car dealer in ohio. we have pretty bad credit so we are buying a buy here pay here lot
well sometimes we run behind in our bills and have to be a week late on the van payment. my contract with the dealer says nothing about late fees but he says it is on his wall when we bought it. he is trying to charge us 25 late fee plus 5 a day that comes up to 55 a week that is only 5 dollars short of our payment. is this kind of late fee legal! also is it binding since it is not on my contract but it is on his wall.. i told him i didnt sign his wall i signed a contract.
