There is a law suit that, by fault of an attorney that there was no answer filed for.
It ended up in a default judgement. The company I worked for was the primary defendant but there are several empolyees also listed and we have not been able to afford an attorney. Can the plaintiffs be sued for breach of contract because the Limited partnership agreement calls for mandatory binding arbitration? There has already been to much time to have it overturned because it was default.
