Iam a american living in thailand, we have now been threw the big wave and you have help me with a child support matter.
I have a big problem for year after spliting up from my ex wife with whom we still are great friends , and put our child before us. But he lives in hawaii. For years now my mother is a jehovas witnees and now is 67 years old. Due to here faith now has deowned me for getting out of the marriage. But now for years letters and emails still keep coming that seem to mentally sick. When we were young she seemed not stable and was on meds. Would say mean things that today still remember I hate you, wish you were never born etc. When my last vist to hawaii with my son. He said dad grandma said bad things about you and tells me about god 24-7 my ex wife threw years of marriage help knows of the facts as me growing up in the home. Do I have rights as a father will all the documents, to please have a CPS worker present in her vists. My ex still wants her contact alone, but money is the issue only.
