custody 3 months.. under wrong name... police took wallet in passengers seat, while he was in ambulance 911 call...unconcious...

not guilty of charges..

attorney wants me to plea guilty.. in magistrate court.. for minimum of 2 1/2 yrs
felony 3rd degree..

another attorney says,, no .. plea not guilty... then it goes to the district court where plea can be made with da directly..

no indictment entered..until it goes to district court

why have they not entered an indictment..?? maybe not enough evidence??

confused., scared,,, and still not changed my name to correct person....

write of habeas corpus???
