Can someone tell me what charges he might be facing. It is his first offense with anything.

On the summons that was issued it looks to be:

2c.35.10.5 for the marijuanna charge

2c35.10. <last number can not be read> for the Xanax charge

I can not make out if the 1st 2 digits are 2c or 20.
