Are you referring to a prenup? What "marriage contract"?

Are you referring to community property laws?

What does your attorney say?

When you say marriage contract do you mean a prenuptial agreement?

Did the man make a newer will after he was married?

Or do you just mean the marriage certificate (you becoming married to him)? We're not sure what you mean by marriage contract.
