What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I was married to a foreign national with a work permit who was already living in the US when we married. We were married only three years before I divorced her. Now, I married another foreign national who lives in her home country. I am going to file the paperwork to bring her to the U.S.

Based on what I read, my situation could raise a red flag when I file the paperwork (I-130) for my new wife.

What can I do or what do I need to write in order to remove any doubts that the USCIS might have? How can I prove neither marriage was to evade immigration laws?

Thank you in advance for any help.
