I live in FL? Can anyone tell me the process of mediation? I filed for modification of child support and we are going to go to mediation. Never having to do this before, I was curious as to the process. Will I or should I bring up any information, as to his income, that I may have that he has not diclosed? Will his attorney be part of the entire process? Will I have a chance to speak with the mediator by myself? Thanks for any information you can share with me.
