What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I think my ex might be planning on obtaining my medical records for a custody issue.

If I switch primary care physicians. Is there a way she, or her attorney can find this out?

That won't help you. Your previous physician will still have a copy of your records.

If relevant she can subpoena the records by order of the court.
