Dah. A 15 year old SHOULD be in school. Maybe work part time- but if he doesn't finish school he will NEVER be able to provide much support. Society does NOT need more HS dropouts.
And the CS expectations for a 15 year old daddy will be very modest at this time. It's no different than picking a fully disabled daddy- there just won't be much income available when one picks a father for their child that is simply incapable of bringing in a full time income. Children shouldn't be making children and they shouldn't be expected to provide more income than a child can make.
