Good Morning! Could someone please briefly tell me what should be contained in a Motion for Default Judgment?
I have started out with the following:
COMES NOW, Petitioner, pro se, requests a JUDGMENT by DEFAULT and states the following:
1. This court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and the parties herein.
2. The Respondent was served with the Summons and Motion for Visitation on August 05, 2008.
3. Respondent has failed to file a response in the proper form and with the proper court within the time allowed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
