What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NM

Good Morning. I am filing a Motion in Civil court. My question is am I require to also

prepare the order for the Judge to sign if he grants the Motion?

Thank you for your help!

That seems to vary in jurisdictions. However, it is not a problem to submit the Order with the Motion and the judge can use it or not as he sees fit.
