Just found out that my business partner paid someone (who is a convicted federal felon but aced it) to take their Real Estate Brokers Re-Exam. Very uncomfortable going forward....what are the potential ramifications both to the business? or them?:eek:

Florida Statutes, Title 32, §455.227, spells out the potential ramifications.
