What is the name of your state? Currently in CT but BK and judgements are from NY.

I filed a chptre 7 in 4/04 and it was discharged in 7/04. I have 3 judgements that were included in the chapter 7 BK and they are reporting on my credit reports. I spoke to my BK attorney about vacating them but he stated since I didn't own a home it was a waste of money to have them vacated. However, they are still hurting my credit and I am trying to build my credit so that I can get a home in a couple of years. Is there anything besides vacating them that I can do to have them legally removed from my credit?

Vacating the judgment(s) won't 'remove' them. The simple reporting of the judgments being rendered against you is accurate. The best that would happen would be that they be noted as being discharged in bankruptcy.
The only thing you can do is to send CRA's a copy of your bankruptcy discharge and the creditor matrix showing that they were discharged and asking the the CRA to investigate. They should revise them to note that they were discharged.
