I was wondering if a new employer can legally do a background check to see if you have ever been on workman's comp. I ask this cause they stated they do that type of check..
Usually if you are injured on a job and start working for a new one, If your injury flares up it usually goes back to your previous job. So they might check, but that shouldn't be a reason not to hire you cause of having a WC at your last job.
