I suppose it's a bit pedantic. In PA, "no contact orders" are criminal and, while restraining orders prohibit contact, they are not "no contact orders." If the OP goes into court asking for a "no contact order", they're not going to have much luck. Of course, PA makes it difficult to find non-DV restraining order information.
U should not post untrue facts, someone is liable to believe the nonsense.

Wow. Thank you for providing the name of your county but your other recent posts are certainly rude.

“Stay Away Orders” are another type of order issued by courts in Pennsylvania to prevent contact between parties that could intimidate or harass or incite violence.

You did not provide us with your reason for searching out a protective order so we cannot tell you what sort of order you need or how you can get it.
