My grandmother is from Colombia , she comes here once a year to the US to visit. In past trips, she has stayed from 1 month up to 9 months.
I noticed that all her Immigration entry stamps on her passport have been left blank with the maximum length of stay? Is there a reason why? How long can she stay? She has never had any problems but I don't want her to risk anything that might tarnish her visa.
