please help

They will get green card soon but have to wait for it for two months. It is too hard for her to wait that much of time at the same house with that husband.

She is too young around 23. She got married when she was 17. They are the real biological parent of the child. The child is American citizen.

She wants to get divorced from her husband and get child support. Is there a free court? Is there any lawyer in Orlando area can help her free? She has no money at all.
She wants to go back to her country. She wants her husband to pay for her ticket to Turkey, Istanbul and get child support for his little boy.

Here's a link to FL child support establishment:
http://www.myflorida.com/dor/childsupport/

Let me give you a couple of hints:

A) If she got married too young, that was her choice. Legally, it doesn't matter and no one cares.

B) If she married and had a child with a man that cheated on her, that is between the two of them. It doesn't matter in terms of a divorce, getting support, whatever.

C) It is not the job, nor is it the priority, of the US or FL courts to make sure she gets to Turkey. That's her deal. If she moved here and doesn't speak enough English to get by, that was her choice as well. (I myself am not in Turkey and do not plan to be. Ever.) It's nice that you are helping her.

D) Courts are not "free." To file legal papers require filing fees.

E) Lawyers that offer services for free are rare. Try to get free consultations w/family specialists in Orlando. Check the yellow page ads: they usually mention in the ad if they offer a free consultation. Go to the consultation with a list of prepared questions to get the most out of your time. Don't waste time on how young she is, how sad she is, blah blah blah.

F) I don't know what to do about the American citizen child.

Don't say never ever. We do not know what future prepares for us. God bless her heart. -Just do not want to leave anyone helpless!-

This is not Ophra, Dr. Phil or even Jerry Springer - this is legal advice site.

Silverplum gave the OP the correct legal link as a starting point as well as accurate legal opinions (in my mind).

The OP should have her friend check and see if there are any "legal aide - type (low cost) services" either through Legal Aide of FL itself or through woman's advocacy groups such as shelters, YWCA's, etc. Be aware though that any legal aide services may have waiting lists.
