My daughter and her finace bought a trashed mobile home from a freind. When the friend gave them the titile, it was still titled in the original owners names that sold it to the friend. They said they couldnt afford the $75 to transfer it over. Now my daughter has to sell it and quick. Can she legally sell this mobile home?
