What is the name of your state? NY
I was told today that my case was submitted for the tax referral by NYS Dept. of Taxation and Finance. In May it was submitted. First week of July a letter was sent to my ex.
I'm not sure what this will do. He doesnt have bank accounts, or a ton of property, only thing i know of is an old truck and his name is on his house with his spouse ( i thought it was switched over a long time ago but i believe its still on there-recent property check).
Not sure what they will find. What happens with this step of enforcement? How long does this process take?
