What is the name of your state? IL

Our whole case was heard downtown Chicago at the Daley Center. Do I have to go down there to obtain a copy of a previously entered order or can I do this by phone, fax or online??

That would be a question you need to address to the court clerk.
If it were me, I would go down there and watch the clerk photocopy whatever it was that I needed from the file.

(I know lots of clerks....)
