There is some good information in your post, Headache, but it is important to note that this particular thread by AlexB18 was created in May of this year and concerned incidents that occurred prior to that (some up to a year prior).

Alex has already taken some steps suggested by you, but some of what you are suggesting Alex do now would be difficult at best for him to do, due to the passage of time.

You may wish to review Alex's posting history for the some additional information. Alex informed in a thread started in June that he was suing the woman for libel, slander and tortious interference over her false claims (and he filed within Florida's 2 year SOL), and in a September thread Alex stated that both he and the woman had obtained TROs against each other months previously and both TROs had been vacated.

It would certainly help if Alex kept all of his posts in one thread, which is what we recommend a poster do, but his are sort of spread out all over the place. Click on his name and you can locate where he posted.


(Mr. Sixth Amendment Mayhem and Mr. Perjury, huh? :))


edit to add: I just saw your post, swalsh - I think Alex is still associating with the woman because he is suing her. ;)
